The brigade's secretary Clinton Franks said more than $10,000 was expected to be raised to assist with maintenance of the fire unit's equipment.
"We only intended on doing this for a couple of years and we're now 12 years on and still doing it, because it's a good event for the town," Mr Franks said.
In addition to the Minis, auction items will include other vehicles, boats and caravans.
There will be more than 500 lots up for bids from 9.30am.
Mr Franks said contributions were still welcome and could be dropped off at the Howlong fire station on Saturday.
The auction will be held at the fire station in Hawkins Street.
It has previously financed extensions to the station and helped with equipment purchases.
